You could say that there are three basic rules when it comes to
equipment.
It should me minimal, minimal, minimal. If you carry less equipment
the motorcycle gets much lighter, funnier and safer to drive. Bringing
too much stuff means that there are more things that can break, in
other words more problems...
But of course you can't leave everything at home.
